You must do this to remain eligible for the SQE. You will not be able to book your next assessment until you have updated your answers.
An Out of Time Request is a formal submission required if you miss the deadline for a First Stage Appeal or a Final Stage Appeal. Appeals submitted outside of the set time limits will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

If you miss the deadline for your First or Final Stage appeal, you must submit a Request by email to equality.quality@sqe.sra.org.uk. The Request must:
A charge of £150 will be made for a Request to submit an appeal out of time (para 10.4).
A Review Panel will meet and determine whether there are exceptional circumstances, substantiated by any relevant independent evidence, why the appeal could not be submitted by the relevant deadline and that the Request has been made at the earliest opportunity.
The review Panel will meet within 20 working days of the submission of the completed Request.
