We know that people request reasonable adjustments for different reasons. We will work with you to put in place reasonable adjustments to make sure that you are not disadvantaged.
We will make adjustments on a case-by-case basis, in line with our reasonable adjustments policy and the supporting information you provide.
The table below outlines some of the reasonable adjustments that may be offered. It is not an exhaustive list, nor does it provide an exact description of the adjustments made for the SQE or the range of disabilities or conditions candidates may have. We recognise that candidates may have other disabilities or conditions and may be affected in different ways. This content is not intended to be prescriptive or exhaustive.
If the type of reasonable adjustment you believe you require — including the use of assistive technology — is not listed, we encourage you to apply. Each request is considered on a case-by-case basis to determine what is reasonable, and we will work with you to put in place the appropriate adjustments.
For each condition or disability identified in the table, one or more of the listed reasonable adjustments may be made, but not necessarily all. Alternatively, different adjustments may be provided. All adjustments are personalised to the individual candidate's needs, in line with the SQE Reasonable Adjustments Policy and subject to supporting evidence.
