You must do this to remain eligible for the SQE. You will not be able to book your next assessment until you have updated your answers.
Results for the October 2025 SQE2 have been released to candidates. Candidates have been sent an email advising them to log in to their SQE candidate account to view their results page.
We have a number of resources to help you better understand your results. There is a short video that provides a quick explanation of your SQE2 results page. We also have a video that provides more detailed guidance on your SQE2 results including information on your scaled score, quintile and breakdown of marks. You may also find it helpful to review the information in Understanding your SQE2 results.
The post-assessment statistical report has also been published on the SQE Reports page. It sets out some feedback on the SQE2 assessments and their performance.
On passing SQE2, if you intend to apply for admission, there is information on the SRA’s website about what you will need to do before applying for admission.
If you find that you need to resit SQE2, you can consider when you may want to do so. If you want to resit in April please see the dedicated information on the process. You should complete your pre-booking steps once you have received your results and complete the new seat reservation form that we will send to you.
In order to book for the April SQE2, you MUST complete the pre-booking steps as usual for any assessment. You can do this after you receive your results. If you do not complete these steps, you risk delaying being able to book.
If you require a reasonable adjustment to resit SQE2 in April, please complete your pre-booking steps once you receive your results. We will send you a new seat reservation form. Please complete the form and we will contact you to advise you on the next steps. If you have any questions in the meantime, you can contact us on equality.quality@sqe.sra.org.uk.
