We have published a report which looks at the performance and demographics of graduate and non-graduate solicitor apprentices between November 2021 and April 2025 for SQE1 and SQE2.
We report that apprentices are from broad socio-economic backgrounds and are more likely to be from lower socio-economic groups than non-apprentices.
We also report that both graduate and non-graduate apprentices perform well in both SQE1 and SQE2.
