Last month we provided an update that we had released 40 new SQE1 sample questions, in addition to the existing 90 sample questions. These new questions were initially provided in a PDF format. These have now been published in a web-based format.
The sample questions are now divided into FLK1 and FLK2 questions. The 40 new questions are split evenly between FLK1 and FLK2 creating a total of 130 sample questions, 65 for FLK1 and 65 for FLK2. The newly released questions are numbered 46-65 for each FLK.
The sample questions are designed to illustrate the type of questions that appear on the FLK1 and FLK2 assessments. They follow the same style and have been drafted in accordance with the same process as the questions used in the assessment. Some questions can be relatively short and others will be longer. They all follow the structure of having a stem (or fact pattern), the lead in (or question) and five options (or answers). We have also released a short video to help candidates understand the anatomy or structure of an SQE1 question.
