C. Ni all y teithiwr hawlio iawndal gan y gyrrwr am ei fod wedi ei barlysu, gan na ellid yn rhesymol ragweld y byddai’n cael ei barlysu o ganlyniad i’r ddamwain.
D. Ni all y teithiwr hawlio iawndal gan y gyrrwr am ei fod wedi ei barlysu gan na ddeilliodd y parlys o’r ddamwain yn nhrefn arferol pethau (in the normal course of events).
E. Ni all y teithiwr hawlio iawndal gan y gyrrwr am ei fod wedi ei barlysu gan fod y teithiwr yn rhannol gyfrifol am y parlys oherwydd bod y cyflwr arno’n barod.
