Appeals

These pages provide information on the process to make an appeal. They include information on first appeals, final appeals and making an appeal out of time.

If you believe your assessment result or a decision made by the Assessment Board is incorrect or unfair, you can submit an appeal, but only on certain grounds outlined in paragraph 4.2 of the Appeals Policy.

You can also submit a final appeal after your first-stage appeal, but only on the grounds of material irregularity or manifest unreasonableness about the decision of the first appeal.

To make an appeal, complete the Appeals Form in your candidate account.
