These terms tell you the rules for using our website sra.sqe.org.uk (our site).
sra.sqe.org.uk is a site operated by Kaplan SQE Limited (“Kaplan”) as the authorised assessment provider for the SQE on behalf of the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales (“SRA”).
The SRA is the independent regulatory arm of the Law Society, a body incorporated by Royal Charter (RC000304), whose principal place of business is at The Cube, 199 Wharfside Street Birmingham B1 1RN.
Kaplan is a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 11637771 and has its registered office at 179 – 191 Borough High Street, London SE1 1HR.
