You must do this to remain eligible for the SQE. You will not be able to book your next assessment until you have updated your answers.
We have updated the information for candidates that are waiting for July SQE2 results and decide to resit SQE2 in January 2027 if they do not pass.
No action is needed until results are released after 11am on 17 November.
If a candidate does not pass and wants to resit in January, they should follow the updated process set out on the dedicated webpage. This involves completing the seat reservation form which we will send to candidates should they want to resit in January.
