You must do this to remain eligible for the SQE. You will not be able to book your next assessment until you have updated your answers.
The cut off date for the law upon which candidates are examined in the SQE will be four calendar months prior to the date of the first assessment in an assessment window. Candidates will be tested on the law as it stands at that date. They will not be tested on the development of the law. This will be the position for both SQE1 and SQE2 and the assessment specifications have been updated to reflect this.
