D. Bydd. Bydd angen caniatâd cynllunio arni ar gyfer y gwaith mewnol ac i newid defnydd yr eiddo gan eu bod yn ddatblygiadau na chânt eu caniatâu.
E. Na fydd. Nid yw’r gwaith mewnol na newid defnydd yr eiddo’n cael eu hystyried yn ddatblygiad gan nad yw’n newid sylweddol (material change).
