We have updated the SQE Fair Access Policy with minor drafting changes.

This policy sets out the principles to which we will adhere and the actions we will take to ensure fair access to the services we provide in delivering the SQE, and to the provision of reasonable adjustments for candidates with individual needs. It also provides links to and information on the policies and processes that underpin this policy.

The updates help to align it to the wording and references in other linked SQE policies such as the Mitigating Circumstances Policy and Reasonable Adjustments Policy. We have also added the SQE Assessment Regulations as a document that underpins the policy.
