We have released 40 new SQE1 sample questions. These are in addition to the current set of 130 sample questions.
The new 40 questions are split evenly between FLK1 and FLK2 creating a total of 170 sample questions, 85 for FLK1 and 85 for FLK2. The sample questions illustrate the type of questions that appear on the FLK1 and FLK2 assessments.
They all follow the same style and have been drafted in accordance with the same process. Some questions can be relatively short and others will be longer. They all follow the structure of having a stem (or fact pattern), a lead in (or question) and five options (or answers). Our short video helps candidates understand this anatomy or structure of an SQE1 question.
The newly released sample questions are numbered 66-85 in each FLK1 and FLK2 set.
The Welsh translated versions of the newly released 40 sample questions will be available in the new year. There are no candidates taking the SQE1 assessment in Welsh in January 2025.
