We have recently heard from a small number of candidates who have not received an acknowledgement confirming submission of forms relating to applications for mitigating circumstances, appeals or complaints.
If you submitted a form between midnight on Tuesday 11 June and 2pm on Thursday 13 June, please contact us by emailing equality.quality@sqe.sra.org.uk to confirm that you submitted a form, so we can ensure it has been received.
