You must do this to remain eligible for the SQE. You will not be able to book your next assessment until you have updated your answers.
You will receive an email with a link to access your results via your candidate account. We also have resources to help you understand what is included in your SQE1 results.
You will also be sent a further email with comprehensive information on next steps, including how to accept the seat assigned to you if you completed the April SQE2 seat reservation from and have passed the January SQE1. If you have done so, please complete your pre-booking steps as soon as possible in your candidate account. You will be able to accept the seat assigned to you and complete your booking from 18 March, but you must have completed your pre-booking steps to be able to do so. The email also contains information for candidates that will sit the April SQE2 with a reasonable adjustment plan.
If you find that you need to retake SQE1 (either FLK1 or FLK2 or both), the next sitting of SQE1 is in July and booking will open on 10 April. We will also provide more information on the booking process in advance of this date. You will need to complete the pre-booking steps as usual in order to book an assessment.
We will be publish the statistical report for the January SQE1 by the middle of April on the SQE reports page. It will contain the assessment related information such as the pass rates, including statistics that provide some feedback on the SQE1 assessments, consisting of FLK1 and FLK2, and their performance.
