An informal review of the SQE1 Assessment Specification following the launch of the SQE website revealed a few typographical errors. These have now been corrected.
The content of the Specification on the SQE website is the same as that of the October 2019 version, originally published on the SRA website, with one exception. In the May 2021 edition of SQE Update, we let stakeholders know about one small addition to the Specification, which expanded the content in the bullet point detailing trial procedure in the Dispute Resolution section of FLK1.
We have committed to carrying out an annual review of the FLK. We will update stakeholders when this takes place.
