If something has happened that you believe has impacted your performance during an assessment, let us know straight away by completing the SQE1 Mitigating Circumstances form and SQE2 Mitigating Circumstances form that can be found in your Candidate account. Where mitigating circumstances arise at a test centre, you must report this to an invigilator as soon as possible and at the latest before leaving the test centre so that a record can be made. Please note that an assessment starting later than planned would not ordinarily be considered a mistake or irregularity in the conduct of the assessment.
